At Spoondec, we know you’re excited to upgrade your kitchen, and we’re just as excited to get your new gear to you! We’ve kept our shipping process as simple, free, and transparent as possible.

Where Do We Ship? Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

How Much Does Shipping Cost? Good news! We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders. No minimum purchase required, no hidden fees, and no surprises at checkout.

When Will You Get Your Order? We know waiting is the hardest part. Here is how our delivery timeline works:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Pacific Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday) for us to carefully prepare, pack, and hand off your order to our shipping partners.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, it typically takes 7 to 13 business days (Monday - Friday) for the package to travel to your front door.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: In total, you can expect your new kitchen items to arrive in about 8 to 15 business days from the day you place your order.

(Please note: Our warehouse and shipping partners operate Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.)

How Can You Track Your Order? As soon as your package leaves our hands, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your order's journey right to your kitchen.

What If There's a Delay? While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, sometimes unexpected carrier delays happen. If your order is taking longer than the estimated 15 business days, please don't worry—just reach out to us!
